GP Business Consulting undergoes technical sales training with PwC
GP Business Consulting kicked off the new year with excellent training organised by PriceWaterhouseCoopers. The 4-days training was designed to give employees technical skills for selling unsought, high-value, and challenging items.
It covered a wide variety of subjects important to the consultants at GP Business Consulting like as trust-based relationship selling, negotiations and contract management, dealing with demanding customer scenarios, and many more.
Here at GP Business Consulting, we believe a strong sales force is a company’s lifeblood and the link between it and its customers. As a result, the training’s goal was to provide the team with the required abilities to present GP Business Consulting to existing and future clients.
Aside from listening and actively taking notes during the training, there were a handful of team-based activities to identify possible difficulties in a firm. Issues such as how communication may be lost in translation as it moves up and the hierarchy were identified, as well as how, in the absence of adequate delegation, some people are performing more than expected while others are underutilized.
